Add settings option to disable canvas lock to position

As a Qfield user, I want an option within the settings to toggle the coordinate curser following the location because...
3.6.0 Gondwana introduced (in Changelog under 'Improvements') "Greatly improved canvas lock to position, with constant panning insuring the location stays in the center of the screen."
Now, when the canvas is moved so that the coordinate curser moves away from the current position, the message 'Follow location paused [Unlock]' appears below, requiring an additional screen tap to unlock. 
If you are using the volume up and down keys to enter data, this feature gets in the way. It would be better if this feature could be disabled within the settings, as there is already a button to toggle locking the coordinate curser to the position.

Hi,
Having a pop-up appear regularly—even while digitizing features or filling out forms—can be quite unpractical.
To improve usability, it may be more intuitive if tapping the blue location icon (target) simply toggled location following on or off:
> When the canvas is set to follow the location, the icon could remain blue.
> If the user manually moves the canvas, the icon could change color to indicate that following has been disabled.
> To re-enable, the user would just tap the icon again.
This would avoid the need for timers or pop-ups while still giving users clear control over the location tracking behavior.

I would also really appreciate that. Then you can turn off this annoying function. Otherwise, you will be forced to tap on the screen unnecessarily and move away from the volume button. I think it's generally a good idea to make new features deactivatable. This significantly increases customer satisfaction. You don't have to be afraid anymore that at some point a terribly unpleasant function will come around the corner.
